To confirm a reservation at Casa del Perro Feliz, the deposit must be paid within 72 hours after rental agreement is sent. A 50% deposit is required on all rentals. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, 90 days for Holiday reservations.
Full payment of reservations made 60 days or less before arrival date is due at the time of reservation confirmation.
Written confirmation, area information and directions are sent upon receipt of deposit.
Check - In after 3:00 p.m., Check - Out before 10:00 a.m. (depending upon occupancy, special arrangements may be made)
$500 damage deposit required and is returned within 2 weeks after visit providing no damage to the property has occurred.
